How returns work through your MÉLUNÉE account.
Open the order
After delivery, open the relevant order in your account.
Request a return
Select items, quantity and reason. The request is automatically recorded in Customer Support.
Review & approval
Your account clearly shows whether the return is requested, approved, rejected or received.
Return shipment & refund
Approved returns are intended to receive a MÉLUNÉE return label. After receipt and review, the refund process is handled through the payment provider.
Withdrawal remains independently available
The return button is a practical processing tool. A statutory withdrawal can also be exercised by another clear declaration within the applicable period.
Return shipping costs
If a MÉLUNÉE return label is used for an approved standard return, MÉLUNÉE covers the direct cost of that standard return. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
