Free shipping is based on the merchandise value after all bundle, gift set and voucher discounts. Shipping fees do not count. Bonus credit is a payment method and does not reduce this value.

Delivery time and shipping status
The applicable delivery time is shown in the shop, checkout or order communication.
Once an order is shipped, carrier, tracking number and tracking link can be shown in your account.
If delivery is significantly delayed, MÉLUNÉE will provide an updated status where possible.
